Wabamun

Just 45 minutes west of Edmonton on the Yellowhead Highway is the friendly Village of Wabamun. Come out and enjoy the many opportunities for recreational activities on the water or on our extensive trail system.

Visit the Wabamun and District Museum opening the summer of 2008 and learn about the natural, historical, industrial and cultural heritage of the Village of Wabamun and communities surrounding Wabamun Lake from the early 1800's to the present.

Our annual Wabamun Fun Daze happens on July 20th and 21st with fun for the whole family. Join us for a pancake breakfast and parade, lots of activities for children and a wonderful fireworks display on the Friday evening.
