![]() LegalVisitors to Legal are welcomed to our bilingual town with a visual display of the town's strong cultural heritage. The town is the Canadian Capital of French Murals which depicts the history of the area. These murals sit proudly about the town and have become a popular tourist attraction.
Summer visitors to Legal may have the opportunity to enjoy the wonderful aroma and taste of freshly baked bread coming from a working open oven built as a replica of that used by our ancestors. You will also find the museum 'Le Petit Musée de Legal”, which emphasizes the work of our pioneers.
The annual festival known as the 'Fete au Village” is held the last weekend of July and is an example of the community spirit that exists in the town. This well attended event is an opportunity for new visitors to celebrate the French culture of Legal's pioneers as well as an opportune time for a reunion of family and friends.
Legal is proud to have a Farmers Market which takes place on Thursday evenings from May through August. Make sure to stop by and shop for your fresh produce and gifts, as well, you can look forward to some local entertainment.
Plan on making Legal your next stop for an overnight stay at our RV Park. We have a 14 stall park which connects with our walking trails and stocked fishing pond.
