Enjoy seasonal demonstrations from Salisbury Greenhouses and the Greenland Garden Centre, as seasoned professionals give you the insider tips on making the most of your holiday decorating. The day will be topped off by a 3 course country turkey supper with all the trimmings and wine to compliment! Let us pamper you from start to finish – we’ll even take care of the dishes. On your second morning, awake to another wonderful breakfast and enjoy the fresh air of your country surroundings.

Pure Country Adventure

Enjoy a relaxing weekend in the country at Birch Bay Ranch. After you have checked in, bundle up and enjoy a starry sky hayride with a delectable chocolate fondue when you arrive back to the main building. After breakfast, enjoy the morning by taking in the country scenery on horseback*, getting a rush on the Super Zipeline* or stretching out those muscles from Christmas shopping on the indoor climbing wall. The afternoon will be filled with seasonal demonstrations from Salisbury Greenhouses and the Greenland Garden Centre, as seasoned professionals give you the insider tips on making the most of your holiday decorating. Your day will end with a 3-course country turkey supper with all the trimmings and wine to compliment! On you last day, breath in that fresh country air with a guided nature walk* or create your very own Christmas cards, and leave with a sense of renewal. (*Weather permitting)
